Apostille eligibility must be confirmed with the competent Georgian authority for the actual document and procedure. Business registration or notarisation does not establish automatic eligibility. Certificates confirm completion of training and/or successful professional competency assessment conducted by the Center, as applicable.
Certificates do not:
- Guarantee employment or job placement.
- Guarantee income or career advancement.
- By themselves constitute a state qualification, an American professional licence or automatic recognition throughout the EU.
- Replace legally required licenses in regulated industries.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Center shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the website, reliance on certification, employment decisions, or third-party verification actions.
Privacy policy
The Center processes personal data solely for certification, registry integrity, verification services, and response to inquiries.
Public verification displays limited data necessary for authenticity confirmation. Full personal data is not made publicly accessible.
