What to check
- Certificate number and verification result
- Holder identification (PIN / ID) in the document
- Profession, duration, and academic hours
- Director’s (and where applicable, Instructor’s) signature and official seal.
How to read certificates
- The certificate confirms training completion and/or skills assessment

- The certificate holder’s legal name
- Personal ID / PIN
- A government-issued identifier
- Profession
- The certified professional field
- Academic hours
- Total number of completed academic hours
- Programme duration
- Training period / schedule range

- Official seal
- The organization’s seal for authenticity
- Director’s signature
- Signature of the institution’s authorised signatory; not a government licence
- Issue date and place
- Where and when the certificate was issued
